The Lodge was well equipped and laid out. We went for my 50th, and we wanted peace and seclusion, and that's exactly what we got here. Watching the moorhens swimming about and the many fish jumping out of the lake from a hot tub (with a glass of champagne) was glorious. And the weather was beautiful too, which was an added bonus. My husband left his sunglasses in the hot tub, and Jack was kind enough to post them back to us. If you're after tranquillity, nature, and relaxation, then don't hesitate to book here.

The location was great to attend the Goodwood Revival and the host had several suggestions on when / how to get there. We enjoyed doing several things in the Portsmouth area as well during our stay.

Huge garden, fruit trees, table tennis and tennis court. Everything we needed was provided. From milk and a bottle of wine, to rackets, bats and balls. Deer visit the garden to eat the fruit If you're lucky you can see them from the living room window. The house is beautiful. Shower room downstairs but a small very sweet toilet off the main bedroom. The living room has an open fire and has a very homely feel. The area is full of things to see.Seaside very close to Chichester and Arundel both worth a visit. Lots of parks and vistas to explore. The property is very close to the A27, convenient for quick trips. Had three wonderful days. Would recommend this property.

Enjoyed the hot tub immensely and arriving to a bottle of Proseco was so thoughtful. It is only 10 minutes to Aundel where one of our favourite restaurants THAI TIME is located and just 20 minutes to Petworth. Great location. We plan to be back anytime we are in the area.

Great base for visiting Littlehampton, Bognor etc. Excellent facilities with the hot tub as the added bonus! I came with everything I thought we'd need including bin bags, kitchen towel and toilet roll but nothing was needed as it was all there for us. Very well equipped and good quality.
