Cottages in Barbati

This villa has been somewhat of a disappointment given the rates. It is in a fantastic location with great views and a lovely pool, but those are the highlights. The beds are extremely firm, which is not my preference, and the kitchen is very sparsely supplied. Just the basics. The biggest issue we had was the smell of the septic tank or sewer emanating from the bathroom. We contacted the owners a few times about it with absolutely no response. I understand if there is little they can do about it, but not responding is unacceptable. We discovered that running the shower helped, but not for long. So, while the villa is okay, be aware that you are on your own if anything goes wrong.

I booked the villa earlier on in the year and when we arrived the villa was lovely, it was actually 3 self contained villas all on the same plot, this worked out well for us. The rooms were large and clean with air conditioning. The villa had 3 main apartments each have a kitchen and separate bathroom, with the main one having a larger kitchen, lounge diner and 2 bedrooms. The views were breath taking from the villa and the pool was amazing. Location was excellent as we could walk down to the lovely beach and restaurants in Barbati. BBQ was excellent and all facilities were excellent.

This is a self contained studio apartment with great decor and amenities, including outdoor shower as well as one in the bathroom, two patios, one with comfortable outdoor furniture. Easy access to the beach, supermarkets, boat rentals, breakfast/lunch places and evening restaurants. Highly recommended, particularly for couples.

My husband and I had a perfect time in this brand new villa in Barbati.

This place is a hidden gem. It is located in a small village of Barbati just few hundred meters away from splendid Barbati beach, remote enough to stay away from the tourist crowds yet close to a bunch of welcoming tavernas and small local stores, so regardless of whether you are in a mood to eat out or are looking for a small snack or a bottle of local wine you've got it covered! The place is spacious and clean, it also provides pretty much everything the most demanding housekeeper can ask for, from simple cutlery and hairdryer to a cezve used to brew Turkish coffee! And of course, the descriptions would certainly be incomplete if I didn't mention the absolutely stunning sea view opening up to the eyes from the balcony and outdoor terrace. For what it's worth, I am looking forward to coming back to this place again next year!

Amazing views that made it difficult to leave the villa and go out and about to explore! Warm and friendly housekeeper that kept our villa inviting and clean. Wonderful amenities-but again the outstanding view along with the wonderful pool and sea access are the true gems of this property! Comfortable furnishings, smart tv, etc!

Everything was just impressive, bbq, great table outside, umbrellas, fully equipped kitchen, conditioners were very welcome this hot time. Sea is several steps off the gate, private parking, fast WiFi, responsive hoster, great view on mountains right from the pool:) nearby cafes and taverns, several grocery stores. Overall great place.
