The cottage is perfectly located for those visiting the Connemara Region and taking the Atlantic Road. Connemara National Park is a couple of minutes away (perfect for trekking), Kylemore Abbey (a gem), Clifden town is quaint, crossing to and trekking Inisbofin Island is a must, following the Atlantic loop and beach hopping is also a must. Apart from its location, the cottage itself is simply superb. It felt like being home. The kitchen is fully supplied with all that is required and much more. The bedrooms are nicely decorated and the sitting room is extremely cosy with views of the lake. One of the best self-catering cottages we've been to.

Fantastic location in the town the appartment was very modern and really nicely done perfect for us lovely kitchen not that we used it but would definitely book there again if we went to clifden.
