We had a lovely stay at this 3-bedroom villa. The place was bit far from the city but its comfortable, and had everything we needed for family stay . The rooms were spacious, and the living area was perfect. It’s a quiet and peaceful place, ideal for a family or small group. Overall, a great experience and good value for money. Would definitely recommend it!

I had a great stay! The house is incredibly cozy, clean, and very modest – perfect for a relaxing visit. It’s conveniently located close to Cargills Food City, Keells Super, and many other facilities, making it super easy to get whatever you need. The neighborhood is calm and quiet, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and convenience!

This stay was definitely one of the best places we've got the chance to stay in Sri Lanka. The hosts were very kind and accommodating. The hosts; Nisal and his family, were always very attentive and was there to help with any of our queries. You get a wonderful place to yourselves, overlooking a small lake. We loved waking up to the sounds of the birds and seeing tiny ducks swimming around the lake. The accommodation comes fully stocked with complimentary food, drinks, and snacks. It's probably the first place we have seen that comes with a large range of complimentary items. The kitchenette was fully equipped for any type of food preps and cooking. We will definitely visit again. Thank you for hosting us.

At the time of our stay they were building a descent size pool. It would be nice once finished. Private and quite area. Acess to motorways to go down south or Kandy side was easy from nearest town of Piliyandala.
