An absolute gem in the heart of Condesa! The location couldn’t be better – quiet yet central, perfect for exploring Mexico City. The rooms are beautifully designed, cozy yet elegant, and made us feel right at home. Breakfast was a true highlight each morning – fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Every detail was thought through, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was simply outstanding. A perfect stay from start to finish – definitely 5 out of 5 stars!

Everything!!! The location was perfect with a wonderful coffee shop next door and a great Mexican restaurant around the corner. It was a short walk to the town square and great vendors and street fare. The house was wonderful, very clean. Loved the beds, especially the linens. We had a washing machine and dryer, coffee maker, filtered water and hot water for showers!

I came from Canada on vacation for the New Year and this house is very comfortable, clean and tidy. I have a strong phobia of insects, but in this house the only insect was a fly, no spiders or cockroaches or any other creatures, everything is very neat and quiet, I am happy! The owner of the house lives nearby and he is very friendly and treats us very well, he responds to any request, brought us 2 heaters, helped with questions about the house, even brought a garland, and for the New Year he brought us a gift. I am very happy with this house and very grateful to the owner! I recommend it to everyone! There is also a forest nearby and an 8-minute drive away there is a wonderful park called "parque la mexicana" in the "Santa Fe" area. there is another nice park nearby, 25 minutes walk away, "Parque Axomiatla", next to it there is a bank, starbucks and much more, if you walk 5 minutes from the park there is a very large grocery supermarket "Walmart". Another interesting place at "Álvaro Obregón, 01610 Ciudad de México, CDMX, Mexico" there is also "Walmart, starbucks and much more"

We loved the house. It was like staying in an art gallery. Super clean and with all the amenities that you may need. The fountain in the backyard was an extra gift because provided a space for relaxation. The location was perfect for us because we had everything within walking distance. The owner left a nice selection of fruit and a basket of breads for us to enjoy. Overall a spectacular place to stay and the owner could not be nicer; she even called within seconds of an earthquake to make sure we were ok. You can't pay for attention like that.
