There is no breakfast, but a fridge and a stove if you need to make your own food. The location was only a block from the main square, but reasonably quiet during the day and at night, so not difficult to sleep. Loads of great food & drink within 5 minutes of walking, and lots within just 50 meters. We loved it.

I happened to run into the host, had a warm welcome. Keys are easy to find and the location is gorgeous. You almost forget you're surrounded by highways and the urban jungle. The accommodation was very clean, the bed was good and there is more than enough space. I booked because hotels in the surrounding area were full. Will be booking this spot next time regardless of that.
