The summit house is just magical , the location is really nice , very calm , we enjoyed the sunset on the bench with the view of beautiful mountains, just in front of the property. The house is well equipped with everything, if you need something you can just ask the owner who’s super kind , he speaks a bit of English but his cousins helps with all communication efficiently . We ask them to prepare us a dinner and breakfast which was really nice and tasty . There a bbq but also a kitchen if you want to cook . The house is clean and comfortable. We truly recommend this place ! We have leaved in oman for few years and we know several places , this one thick a lot of good boxes !

Location is very good. Great sunsets. Right at the start of the walk. Spacious rooms. TV WiFi, washing machine was very useful after a week of travelling. It was Ramadan so very useful to be able to make breakfast yourself. private garden with wall all the way round to keep the goats out. Large kitchen.

The host Ahmed was very welcoming and informative. It is a breath taking location with views of the Canyon only a couple of minutes drive near the cafe. It is authentic cosy and spacious. The entrance to the walks is around a 2km drive

Perfect stay! Beautiful gardens, big clean rooms with ensuite, well equipped kitchen, comfortable living room. Ali was very informative and had great suggestions for what to do in the area. Highly recommend!

The property exceeded all our expectations. From the location to the cleanliness and available facilities. Everything was simply a 10/10. Incredibly underrated. Hamid, our host, went above and beyond to make this trip unforgettable. The host offered to show us around, make us dinner & breakfast, and all of that made this trip much better than we expected. Everything. The owner was lovely. Said he'd give us a discount if we contact him directly next time. You actually do get a breathtaking sunset view, sunrise unfortunately is blocked by a mountain on the east side. There was a space heater in every room, bathrooms were clean with really good hot water. The patio is great to sit in the evenings after watching the sunset. It's location is just at the bottom of the hill leading up to the main Jabal Shams area which is great as its not in the way of tourists coming and going.
