Best part was the indoor swimming pool which was very warm and we had no issues to use it in Winter (Jan). It was best for Kids enjoyment. Mr Ram was helpful with a smiling face always. I was provided extra mattress and blankets for my kids. The first day had electricity power failure for several hours but that was not the mistake of the staff as it was power failure for the whole region of abha/khamis/jazan and surrounding areas. During that time, Mr Ram provided us with candles and kept on updating us on the matter
