After working in hospitality and health services, I rank this property a 10/10 all over. we had a luxurious stay. After traveling around Thailand for 18 days we needed a nice chill place. My husband and I arrived by car and were greeted by the hosts who were super friendly and helpful.The accommodation was near the hosts property and therefore we were able to use the pool if we wished.The gardens were beautiful ,it felt so tranquil being there especially at night .There is some building work going on nearby due to this being a new area that is being developed but that didn't bother us for we were out all day.There are shops and a market nearby, the beach is over 1 hr walk away so a car / bike is recommended especially to go exploring to other areas.The accommodation was spotless. The bed is very comfortable, T.V with Netflix, a well functioned kitchen.Instant hot water to have a shower.We would highly recommend staying here.

Pros: Place is peaceful and well suitable also for families. There is really quiet and peaceful environment, not any noise anywhere. Place's owner is also so humble and kind. Always ready to help on any matter. I recommend to visit his restaurant in city as well, they serve very good food (thai and international). He can also organise a taxi when needed. I recommend to rent a scooter to get easily e.g. to 7 eleven or city center to buy some food and drinks, currency exchange etc. Resort serves free drinking water and there is a laundry machine as well. Good especialy for families. In walking distance there is a "morning market" for fresh seafood, vegetables and other food. We travelled with 3 adults and two small children (1,5 and 4,5 years)

The hosts were very nice and attentive to our every need. They have put in a great deal of thought into all the little details in and around the property that make all the difference. The villa was exceptionally clean and well equipped with a very comfortable bed and sofa. It has both a/c and good ventilation depending on your preference. There is a large swimming pool to relax in and the property is within a short walk to a quiet beach with plenty of local restaurants. It really ticks all the boxes.
