This is a privately owned beach house inside a small resort, and you can use all the resort amenities, which is great. The resort is well-maintained. Lush greenery, an "okay" beach (for this side of the island), and a wonderful large freshwater pool. There is a restaurant inside the complex with good food and drinks and with very reasonable prices. You can use pool chairs, kayaks, and SUPs free of charge. Everything is extremely relaxed, low-key, family-friendly, and quiet. Noise from the road is zero. This is really the best place to stay on the island in my opinion, a 5-minute drive to the ferry and the shops, 15 minutes to great western beaches, but without the crowds.
