Really close to Plopsaland . 5 minute walk and an excellent supermarket practically next door. Pieter was super helpful and the house is well equipped and spacious.

LE CHAT NOIR, a property with a garden, is set in Ypres, 700 metres from The Menin Gate, 27 km from St Philibert Metro Station, as well as 30 km from Phalempins Metro Station. Superb location, minutes from centre. Free parking nearby. 3 story town house with stairs only, so bear that in mind. Very clean and tidy all round with lots of character. Alain met us on site and gave us a tour before leaving us to it. Alain was very friendly and his communication throughout was fabulous. We would 100% book again. 10/10...if it was the Amplifier in Spinal Tap...it would even go to 11.

Featuring lake views, Huis Den Keibilk features accommodation with a garden, barbecue facilities and a shared lounge, around 14 km from The Menin Gate. I stayed at 1 Huis den Kalbilk in Heuvelland, Belgium, with six friends from December 14 to December 16, 2024, for two nights. The house is situated in a peaceful location with beautiful vegetation all around. The nearest neighbor is about 150 to 200 meters away, so you can enjoy music at a normal volume without any worries. This holiday home reminded me of the lovely visits to my parents' place, with a warm and cozy atmosphere. The pellet stove in the dining room provides natural light and warmth, and it also heats the adjacent living room. The rest of the rooms on the ground floor and upstairs are well-heated, likely by oil or electric heating. The rooms are spacious, and there are plenty of beds, linens, and towels available. You'll need to bring your own soap and toiletries, though. With WiFi and two TVs, you are well-connected to the outside world. The garden features a small water feature, about 30 square meters, surrounded by lush vegetation. The water is contained by a liner, creating a tranquil and picturesque setting1. All amenities, such as supermarkets and restaurants, are just a few minutes' drive away. We even made it to Antwerp in 90 minutes and Bruges in about 55 minutes. The homeowners (a lovely couple) were very responsive and could be reached quickly via email. There was also the option to contact them by phone at any time. I could go on and on... We definitely plan to return in the spring and again in the autumn for longer stays. Many thanks to the homeowners for everything, and hopefully, see you soon. Pedro

Birdsonghouse is situated in Ypres, 26 km from St Philibert Metro Station, 30 km from Phalempins Metro Station, as well as 30 km from Zoo Lille. The house was immaculate. The beds were comfortable. The house was enormous and decorated lovely. The kitchen had everything we needed. And the location was excellent. We were a 3 minute walk away from the Menin Gates and the market square. I stayed there with 6 adults and there was plenty of space for us all.

Set in Ypres in the West-Flanders region, The Front Door N12 features a terrace. Very comfortable home it a great location with free parking one road away.
