Set in Zermatt in the Canton of Valais region with Zermatt - Matterhorn and Matterhorn Museum nearby, Chalet Schuler provides accommodation with access to a hammam. We stayed at the Chale for 7 days. It has a great location, very cozy and comfortable. We counted on the hospitality and friendliness of Mrs. Fux, who guided us and provided all the necessary support for a peaceful stay. It exceeded our expectations. We recommend.

Chalet cosy au pied des Portes du Soleil is a recently renovated chalet in Troistorrents, where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities. The property was gorgeous had great mountain views, house was very new and modern we highly enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave!

When my husband saw this property on Booking.com, his heart was immediately set on it. That doesn't happen a lot with him. We both decided that this is THE place to celebrate our special anniversary and our many years together. The owner, Loïc, was very kind and accommodated our requests. The property is from the 1920s decorated with unique items but equipped with modern amenities. It was intended to be a refuge from daily life; no TV but with a breathtaking view of the Alps. The property is quite close to the town centre (supermarkets, boulangeries, restaurants etc.) but far enough so you can enjoy the peace and quiet of natural surroundings. There are hiking trails all around. Sion is just down the valley, Montreaux and Zermatt are just 1 1/ hours away by car.

A few quirks that are mostly a result of the given limitations, for awareness - - small bathrooms, especially the upper level one is a tight squeeze (and has no door) - slightly adventurous / steep internal staircase to upper level - some part of the upper level has glass floor - limited wardrobe space - niche next to entry acts as "ski room" - many TV channels but didn't see e.g. mainstream Swiss channels, however, ability to screenshare from personal Apple device
