First of all, the owner is really helpful and friendly. The location is great, just a few minutes to the Mutianyu Great Wall main entrance. The room is good with mountain views. The food at the guesthouse is tasty 😋 The owner helped us book the ticket and drop-off at the main entrance. After we came back from the great Great Wall, the owner also pick up us at the main entrance back to homestay. They are very kind, allowed us to use their kitchen facilities (we cooked thai food), and we had so much fun conversations with the owner in the kitchen. I saw many cooking techniques from her, really skillful 👍👍 She cooked Gong pao chicken, fried rice and stir-fried tomatoes with eggs for our dinner. I really love it, it was a tasty local food. And the food is more yummy when we can connect to local people and feel all local senses. The next morning, she cooked dumpling with eggs and vegetables for us....yessss it was yummy 😋. Upon checkout, she walked to the bus stop with us and waited until the bus arrived, I really appreciated it. Pity, this time I stay here only one night. I definitely come back to this place as I have a plan to visit Jian Kou great wall. And of course, I will stay at this Homestay again. Thank you so much for such an amazing hospitality. Objekt Simatai Great Wall Dexin Folk Restaurant sadrži pogled na planinu, besplatan WiFi i besplatno privatno parkiralište, a nalazi se u gradu 'Simataicun', na 31 km od znamenitosti Kineski zid -... The room and bathroom were really clean. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. We planned a hike on the Great Wall, and they drove us there, helped with the tickets and picked us up afterwards (made a good price). We had an overall good experience!

Extremely friendly and helpful host who helped us with tickets for the Great Wall and finding a local restaurant. The room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely view from the terrace. We absolutely loved our stay and our first experience in China. Would highly recommend!

Loved our stay there. The location was excellent. The village peaceful, charming and clean. The people really nice. The hosts took us to the ticket office of Great wall and came to pick us up- we also arranged with them the transportation to airport going back. They were really adorable and sweet. Highly recommended - as mentioned in the other posts, language was not a real issue. We all managed to communicate and had an incredible stay. We loved the open space concept of the place. Made you feel as part of the family.
