We enjoyed that it was remote and away from the more busy places. It was great to walk around the nearby forests. Host was very friendly and welcoming.

Gesindehaus Charis is a detached holiday home set in Kippenheim in Baden-Württemberg, just 8 km or a 12-minute drive from the Europapark. Guests benefit from a terrace and private garden. Nicole is an amazing host and if you are traveling with your dog(s) this is definitely the place for you! The place was nice and clean and the gated garden allowed our pups to play around. 100% would recommend!

The nearby towns such as Gengenbach and Baden-Baden are so charming and just a short train ride away from Offenburg station. If you go slightly further, you can hike at higher altitudes in Mummelsee and Hornisgrinde.
