The nearby towns such as Gengenbach and Baden-Baden are so charming and just a short train ride away from Offenburg station. If you go slightly further, you can hike at higher altitudes in Mummelsee and Hornisgrinde.

Set in the heart of the beautiful Black Forest, the country-style Blumbauernhof Hotel offers a petting zoo, and a garden terrace. Rooms and apartments include a balcony or patio with mountain views. Everything. We had a perfect holiday. Everything was very good.
