Communicating with Sandra while making the reservation and before arrival could not have been easier; received super-clear instructions to find and enter the building via WhatsApp; and the room, on the first-floor with two balcones overlooking the quiet pedestrian street, was simply fantastic: a really large, luxurious bed(s) with plenty of pillows and towels; a compact but comfortable bathroom that was impeccably clean and well-appointed, including toiletries; well-designed lighting and furniture; and a spacious public area, with fully fitted kitchen on the ground floor. A truly excellent experience and great value for money!

It is spacious, comfortable, ultra-clean, and quiet. We used it as a base camp for day excursions. Paqui, the host, is one of the best I have met in my many trips. She is attentive, and will go the extra mile to make the stay a great experience. A warm welcome is rare to find these days, where key boxes have become the norm, so Paqui was a true asset to our stay. Breakfast was full of local produce and bakery (with even the family olive oil), which made the experience authentic. Losar de la Vera may not be the most famous town in the area, but thanks to hosts like Paqui it will no doubt become a prominent lodging spot! People taking care of their business makes all the difference.

It's beautiful, peaceful and the hosts were always helpful and pleasant. I found the breakfast and picnic lunch tasty and the right amount. I appreciate that many products come directly from the finca. The rooms are very spacious, beautifully designed. We stayed in the family suite, which was perfect for family of 4. The living room and dining space downstairs with stove was a real treat to light up while playing board games. It rained and was cold while we were visiting but we were happy to snuggle around by the fire. I forget to mention there is a lovely 5k circular trail that starts just by the parking lot that takes you up to the mirador de Lagares under the cover of old cork and almond trees and spanish broom and jara bushes. Nice trail to do just after the delightful breakfast.
