Spacious, cozy inside, and equipped with everything you need. The hosts are amazing and very welcoming. Communication was easy, and they did their best to help us with everything. The proximity to the river really makes this a special place to stay at. With a quick 15 minute drive you can be in Ozurgeti to get food or just visit the town, Shemokmedi Monastery is also close by and worth a stop. The river house felt very cozy, clean and well maintained. And, as other reviews mention, the breakfast was fantastic and the communication with the owners easy and quick.

Amazing property with a superb location. You really couldn’t get closer to the sea than this place. Very relaxing atmosphere to spend a few days with family.

Situated in Shekvetili, 90 metres from Shekvetili Beach and 20 km from Kobuleti Train Station, Villa Premium Shekvetili offers a private beach area and air conditioning. We truly enjoyed our holiday at this wonderful villa. The property is ideally located just a few steps from the quietest part of Shakvetili beach – it never gets crowded, even at peak times during the weekends. The sea deepens gradually, making it perfect for children, and the beach is kept very clean, with the council service team maintaining it every morning. The pine trees surrounding the villa provide plenty of shade and create a pleasant refreshing microclimate at any time of day. The villa itself is a newly built property with a thoughtful design. It is very clean, tidy and well-equipped, with three A/C covering all the living areas & bedrooms, plus all essentials available. Unlike large developments or small hotels, there are no disturbances here ... the house is all yours. Mr Akakiy and Mrs Tamara are wonderful hosts – very kind, attentive, and responsive, making everything possible to ensure guests are enjoying their stay. Although Shakvetili is a quiet place, a lovely restaurant, a 24hr shop and a pharmacy are within a 3-5 min walk. And finally, three different theme parks are within just a 10 min drive, and many of Western Georgia’s sightseeing attractions are 1-2 hours away by car, which we enjoyed exploring.
