For us, this place was especially meaningful because our three pets were welcomed with warmth and love. Traveling with animals can be challenging, and here we felt completely at ease. The hosts are incredibly kind and attentive, always offering help and asking if we needed anything. We highly recommend this place to anyone traveling, especially with pets. You really feel at home here.

First of all, description and photos totally match, rooms are comfortable (for a place secluded on top of the mountain). Spacious living area with stove top and utensils to cook, heaters if it's cold, blankets, additional unfolding beds, basically everything you need. Hut is just on the way yo main view point, with a cafe if you're hungry just next door (try extremely delicious khachapuri and chicken mstvadi). There is no terrace yet, but I've organized a nice place for myself on the side of the hut, which was super cute.

The villa is new, about 4 years old, I believe. It has 2 floors, each with 3 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom and 2 bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with 2 smaller beds) sharing another bathroom and also a kitchen/dining area with electric range, sink, dishwasher, fridge, TV, table and a sofa. Besides 2 floors, the building has an open space on the roof with a little outdoor kitchen and a covered outside area beside the building with another outdoor kitchen and a table. The building has water heated floors. The hot water for faucets/showers and floors is provided by gas heater, so there's no limit for how many people can use the hot water at the same time. Nice tilt-and-turn windows. air conditioning in each room and dining area. Everything was impeccably clean. The villa is located in a minute walk from the beach with magnetic sand. They took great effort not to destroy pines and cedars dutring the construction and fit the building in between them so it feels a bit like in the pine forest. It's a good location if you plan just to enjoy the beach and sea, but if you plan to make it your homebase for exploring Adjara, then you definitely need a car (check localrent.com). There's some grocery store in nearby Ureki (8 minutes) but more stores and good market in Kobuleti (20 minutes away). There's a train to Batumi/Tbilisi stopping at Ureki 1 or 2 times a day. The hosts are very nice and responsive through the whatsapp and it was a smooth process getting the keys and leaving them when we left. They left us wood and dry vine for outdoor kitchen and even presented us with house wine!
