Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony, Niabi Villa with pool is situated in Tbilisi City. The house is big, also a garden with barbeque is there. The host was very supportive and helped us with different matters. Also we were allowed to stay 2 hours more on the last day. Not far from the center by car (about 10 minutes). Good view from the balcony. Big kitchen with the living room.

Located in Kiketʼi and only 23 km from Medical University Metro Station, Kiketi Paradise 2 provides accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. Lovely peaceful stay in the hills above Tbilisi, completely different to the hecticness of the city! The home was well equipped with everything you'd need. It's surrounded by beautiful views and great empty trails (bar a few dogs, pigs and cows). Lovely hosts made it a great few days.

A wonderful place to unwind from the hustle and bustle of the city and breathe in the forest air. A 45-minute drive from Tbilisi. The house is stylishly furnished and has everything you need. Nina and her family were wonderful hosts. Don't forget to taste their wines.

This is probably the best place to stay in Tbilisi, without a shadow of a doubt. A bit of a hike up from the bath houses in a pretty neighbourhood full of restaurants and stores, right next to the botanical gardens and you'll find yourself in this beautiful apartment. With the balcony overlooking the mosque and a church, and the Narikala fortress behind, it's a feast for the eyes. The apartment is huge, comfortable, and clean, the beds are comfortable, there’s all the amenities you'd need, perfect for families. Although the city centre is close by, the noise is practically nonexistent. The host is an absolute angel, she was very kind and attentive and even gave me a crocheted gift. You can also buy homemade wine and honey from them. This apartment and its owners are absolute gems, I couldn’t recommend it enough! I hope to return someday, very satisfied.
