Every morning she greets you with a big smile at the breakfast! Also the location is very good being halfway between Fira and the beaches. The local bus station that will bring you quickly in both directions is very close. Very nice restaurant and gyros places are also in walking distance and the prices are definitely lower than in the more turistic places.

Right near the castle of Oia for sunset watching, but you have your own private balcony to enjoy the magnificent caldera view and sunrise from. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We loved arriving to snacks and wine in the fridge, as we were able to enjoy the balcony and had no reason to leave.

Yanis and his family started very successfully and we wish them all the best in such a challenging business. The villa in real exceeded our expectations, although we viewed the photos and reviews. It outperformed many 5 star hotels and boutiques we have been before. Every detail is well thought with care - design, quality of materials and furniture, quality of linen/wardrobe/towels. Pool is very clean, and everything inside the villa was super clean. Separate thanks for serving 5 star breakfast inside the villa.
