It was basically a brand new villa with a lovely host. We were the first group to BBQ in there. Very equipped and beautiful scenery. You can have food delivered at your door also.

The building is crafted and maintained to an exceptional standard—it's hard to imagine how such meticulous attention to detail is even possible. Its location is simply flawless, with stunning views overlooking the inlet to Ios harbour. Just a short drive away are some of the island’s best restaurants and beaches, making it the perfect balance of privacy and accessibility. The hosts were fantastic—warm, welcoming, and always available, yet respectfully discreet. It’s not cheap, but that’s the price of exclusivity. A rare gem. Worth every penny for what truly feels like a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Luxury studio on the beach está ubicado en Chora de Ios y ofrece alojamiento con aire acondicionado y patio. it is the perfect vacation house. It is a rare gem Right in front of the beach. House stands alone in a big empty land around it, You can enjoy the bay view and the port. In short distance walk coffee bars and places to eat. It is just magic. I wish we could stay few weeks there (or ideally a whole summer). House has everything someone needs to make the stay perfect. The biggest reward though for choosing this house are the hosts , Yiannis and Dina, along with Maggi and Danai, they are so wonderful and unique quality people , that truly make your stay an outstanding experience. Anemos house Ios queda aproximadamente a 21 km de Monastery of Agios Ioannis y ofrece alojamiento con vista al mar, una terraza y patio. Everything was just great. If I imagined a house to enjoy rest of my life this could be the right place. Recently renovated, we found place spotlessly clean, inside and outside. Small outside flower garden absolutely charming. I think mint and oregano growing in it as well. Amazing view from huge balcony, surrounding house from 3 sides. Sea view. Sunset view. Quiet, not in the road, private parking area. House is furnished perfectly down to smallest items. Complete kitchen, with oil and some spices, coffee machine with great coffee, white and brown sugar, cups, bags, sandwich maker. Modern bathroom where we found everything we maybe forgot to bring, including washing machine, detergent and softener... Sitting place outside was just great, with mosquito repellent candles, and night lights. Comfortable beds, great sitting area inside, well lightened. Bluetooth speaker, good one, so we can enjoy morning coffee or evening drink with favourite music. Regardless of weather and time if day, place offers comfort to spend time inside or outside, feeling pleasant, like at home. Last but not least, charming host offered help many times regarding anything missing there but we weren't short of anything during our stay. Kids enjoyed the place. We were sorry to leave....

Ios Seaside house with sunset view and small pool está ubicado en Chora de Ios y tiene pileta privada y wifi gratis. Ofrece balcón y pileta al aire libre en temporada. It was perfect place to pass the best holidays in Ios. I recommend this place if you want pass a quiet moment with crazy vue.

Koumbara Sea View queda aproximadamente a 12 km de Homer's Tomb y ofrece alojamiento con vista al mar, balcón y cafetera. Very nice and comfortable house. Owners were very friendly and helpful providing us information for the whole island. The house was clean with all the necessary items. Very nice location with excellent Seaview.

From the moment we arrived to the time we left we were treated like royalty! Way too many special moments to list but George & his lovely wife made sure we had all our needs taken care of!

Villa Giulia, Seaview Villa está ubicado en Chora de Ios y tiene alojamiento con una pileta al aire libre, un jardín, una terraza, wifi gratis y vista al mar. The villa was so so beautiful and better than we had anticipated!!! The beds were so comfy and the pool is amazing, looks better than the photos. It is such a convenient location to get to from the bus stop and walkable to the beaches too. The host, Giulia is such a beautiful soul and will go out of her way to make your stay pleasant. It was my birthday during our stay and Giulia organised a cake for me and booked dinner for my group. Cannot recommend this place highly enough and will definitely be coming back to stay!!!
