We had the most wonderful stay in Ios and it was made even more special by our host Tasoula who was truly the kindest and most caring host we’ve ever met. She went above and beyond in every way. Even leaving her Sunday family lunch to come rescue us when a hike went wrong. We were so grateful for her generosity and quick help! Throughout our stay, anything we needed was sorted immediately. She also helped us arrange ATVs, which we’d highly recommend for guests, as the property is a little out of town. While we did walk into the port on our first night, to get to town you’ll want to hire a car/ATV or a driver for convenience. The property itself is new, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The pool was spotless and inviting, and the open plan living space was perfect for relaxing. The quiet location made it easy to unwind, while still being within reach of the island’s energy. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

Just a short drive away are some of the island’s best restaurants and beaches, making it the perfect balance of privacy and accessibility. The hosts were fantastic—warm, welcoming, and always available, yet respectfully discreet. It’s not cheap, but that’s the price of exclusivity. A rare gem. Worth every penny for what truly feels like a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Luxury Studio by the Beach, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! First and foremost, let me talk about the hosts. They were beyond excellent, providing warm and friendly hospitality that made me feel right at home. They were attentive to every detail, ensuring that all my needs were met and offering valuable insights into the local area. Their prompt communication and willingness to go the extra mile truly set this accommodation apart. The studio itself was nothing short of perfection. Spacious, modern, and tastefully decorated, it exuded an air of luxury and comfort. The attention to detail in the interior design made it clear that the host had put a lot of effort into creating a welcoming ambiance. It was equipped with all the amenities one could desire for a comfortable stay, making it a perfect home away from home. However, the real highlight of this accommodation was its unbeatable location. Situated right by the beach, the mesmerizing views of the sparkling sea and golden sand were just a few steps away. The sound of gentle waves crashing against the shore served as a soothing backdrop, ensuring a tranquil and relaxing stay. In addition to the stunning beachside setting, the accommodation was conveniently located near many local attractions and amenities. Charming cafes, restaurants, and shops were all within walking distance, adding to the overall convenience and charm of the location.

Situated in Ios Chora and only 7.6 km from Homer's Tomb, Anemos house Ios features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. Everything was just great. If I imagined a house to enjoy rest of my life this could be the right place. Recently renovated, we found place spotlessly clean, inside and outside. Small outside flower garden absolutely charming. I think mint and oregano growing in it as well. Amazing view from huge balcony, surrounding house from 3 sides. Sea view. Sunset view. Quiet, not in the road, private parking area. House is furnished perfectly down to smallest items. Complete kitchen, with oil and some spices, coffee machine with great coffee, white and brown sugar, cups, bags, sandwich maker. Modern bathroom where we found everything we maybe forgot to bring, including washing machine, detergent and softener... Sitting place outside was just great, with mosquito repellent candles, and night lights. Comfortable beds, great sitting area inside, well lightened. Bluetooth speaker, good one, so we can enjoy morning coffee or evening drink with favourite music. Regardless of weather and time if day, place offers comfort to spend time inside or outside, feeling pleasant, like at home. Last but not least, charming host offered help many times regarding anything missing there but we weren't short of anything during our stay. Kids enjoyed the place. We were sorry to leave....

Set in Ios Chora, 10 km from Homer's Tomb and 23 km from Monastery of Agios Ioannis, Coucou Boutique Studio offers air conditioning. Beautiful modern studio in the Heart of Ios Chora We loved Ios, and this studio apartment was nearly perfect. The arched stonework separating sleeping and kitchen area gives the space a cave-like feel but not I a bad way. Very tastefully designed. Just metres away form bars and restaurants, large, modern and very comfortable (the photos didn't lie). Spacious bathroom (with a washer/drier as a bonus). Large comfortable (memory foam) mattress bed. Good air-conditioning and back-out blinds. For first-timers in Ios, and an issue for all apartments unless staying in the port area, if you've got bags, get the bus (or taxi) from the port to the Chora. Everything looks flat on Google maps but it's one hell of a hill to the Chora ( we'd be in our 50's but fairly fit). Apartment is 2 mins from the bus stop. Would we stay in this apartment again? Absolutely!

Everything! The location was great! The staff totally accommodated you with anything you needed or wanted.

Located in Ios Chora and only 800 metres from Tzamaria Beach, Koumbara Sea View provides accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Very clean, amazing view, quiet, close to amenities. the hostess was one of the kindest and most helpful people I have ever known. The house was luxurious and very nicely decorated.

Situated in Ios Chora and only 1.3 km from Yialos Beach, Villa Mirabilis features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. Everything about this property is 5*. Great hosts. Top quality furniture, towels, showers, pool, bath, kitchen, lounge, all within an awesome view! Place is in a walkable distance from town, but still manages to be completely private. Walkable distance to tavernas, restaurants, bars, clubs, supermarkets, restaurants, and takeaways. Hosts were always on hand to assist with questions ( and when I managed to lock myself out ), nothing was too much hassle for them. Will definitely be returning, cannot wait.
