Worth every penny for what truly feels like a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

It is a rare gem Right in front of the beach. House stands alone in a big empty land around it, You can enjoy the bay view and the port. In short distance walk coffee bars and places to eat. It is just magic. I wish we could stay few weeks there (or ideally a whole summer). House has everything someone needs to make the stay perfect. The biggest reward though for choosing this house are the hosts , Yiannis and Dina, along with Maggi and Danai, they are so wonderful and unique quality people , that truly make your stay an outstanding experience. Owners were very friendly and helpful providing us information for the whole island. The house was clean with all the necessary items. Very nice location with excellent Seaview.

Top quality furniture, towels, showers, pool, bath, kitchen, lounge, all within an awesome view! Place is in a walkable distance from town, but still manages to be completely private. Walkable distance to tavernas, restaurants, bars, clubs, supermarkets, restaurants, and takeaways. Hosts were always on hand to assist with questions ( and when I managed to lock myself out ), nothing was too much hassle for them. Will definitely be returning, cannot wait.

If I could give Villa Giulia more than 5 stars, I would. Not only is her villa a serene slice of paradise, it’s an excellent location and the island itself is breathtaking. We could not be more happy with the amenities the villa had to offer and how helpful Giulia was- both are an absolute treasure to Ios. She is kind and considerate in her interactions with guests and clearly cares about her property- ensuring guests enjoy the villa to its fullest.

We were looking for natural beauty and a quiet week far away from tourists... Quite simply, this was an ideal location and one of our best mini-breaks ever. Communication with hosts was excellent and the property itself is a gem - complete with outdoor jacuzzi and Nespresso coffee-machine. What more do you want? A nearby taberna serves authentic first-class food.

Perfect place for a family . Owner was the nicest - flexible and helpful and went beyond expectations . Pool, kitchen, ACs, washing machine and basic amenities that makes your stay convenient and easy. Very close to the beach, restaurants and a convenience store.
