Zoe & her husband are a delightful couple, kind & welcoming. The studio was very clean & spacious, quiet & peaceful surroundings, plenty of parking spaces & in a good location. A warm recommendation for a new and stunning villa in Kos!! Upon arrival, we were welcomed by Mikey and his daughters. A basket of treats awaited us - local fruit, fresh rolls, butter and jam. Perfect location!!! The villa is tastefully decorated, beautiful and clean. Equipped with everything a family needs for a stay. The kitchen is equipped down to the last detail - stove, large refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine and kitchen utensils. The living room is spacious and inviting. Three large rooms with access to the courtyard from each room. Each room has a shower and toilet. At the exit from the living room there is a pool that faces the sea and a huge lawn with umbrellas and lounge chairs. A few meters away is a spectacular beach. We have no words to describe such a pleasant fun experience. Mikey, the owner of the complex, is such a nice man that it was very important to him that we were satisfied throughout our stay there.We have no doubt that we will want to return.

The apartment is located a short walk from the beach front and is easily accessible by road or foot. We were delighted to find that there were a few supplies (water, coffee, snacks) to get us started as well as shower gel and plenty of towels. The apartment easily sleeps 5 (we were 3), has 2 bathrooms, was spotless and tastefully designed with lots of outdoor space and the fabulous pool for a dip. Our host Angelos, was very responsive and incredibly friendly. We'd definitely stay here again.
