Yiannis and Georgia surpass a 10 star rating by far! They communicated with us almost immediately after we booked several months ago and promptly answered every question we had in a most friendly manner. They anticipated our every need and made it their pleasure to assure any complications were resolved. When we asked for transfer from the airport to their apartment, over 35 km away, Yiannis himself came instead of sending a taxi and he met us outside the arrivals with a warm enthusiam, smiling and capably porting all our luggage. Upon arrival at the apartments we were truly impressed with the immaculate presentation of the rooms & convenience of ample electrical outlets. The decor is very tastefully and modernly arranged by Georgia with a beachy theme and the furnishings needed no updating. Very comfortable bed and nice balcony where a clothesline is provided with ample room to hang dry your laundry. Having previously been outdoors in the 38-40 degree Celsius heat of Athens we arrived with two loads of laundry. I did need to Google translate the washing machine selections but if I, a 71 yr old can do it, anyone can. A problem in the spin cycle during the second washload prompted me to ask Georgia on Whatsapp for help and within 5 minutes she and Yiannis arrived to resolve the situation. I probably caused it by forgetting to check pockets, They graciously assured us they were not criticizing and called later to make sure the washer didn't malfunction again. When we asked where we might rent a storage for our luggage while we made a weekend trip to Patmos from which we would return they did not hesitate to offer their pleasure to keep the luggage in their own home. They even drove us to the ferry for departure , gratis. A delightful beach sits only steps from the apartments as does a restaurant with very good food and ratings. Georgia and Yiannis were over and above the most happy, lovely, kindest hosts we have encountered in our travels. ...

Close enough to town, but a fantastic calm location set inside a beautiful garden estate. Clean, fantastically fresh with the AC. Every amenity taken care of. Sun loungers to bench swings. Cooking appliances and fridge freezer were perfect.

We’ve had such a lovely holiday, the host Angelo was fantastic from the start, he met us at the villa and gave us lots of information about things to do in the area, he even put together a little guide for us, which was really helpful, he was always on hand with anything we needed, and bought round a gift bag of local produce (cheese, wine, honey etc) which was a lovely touch. The villa itself is brand new, so everything is pristine, there is everything you could possibly need and more, the beds are super comfortable and there is balcony on the first floor, and 2 sun terraces with beautiful views. My favourite thing about the place was the pool, the pictures do not do it justice, it is a really good size and just perfect. Lastly Mastihari is a really lovely little place, we found it not too busy which was a lovely surprise. The villa is 2 minutes away from the beach, where there is plentiful reasonably priced sun beds, some really lovely restaurants, bars and little shops. We hired a car for a few days and visited Kos Town, and some more beautiful beaches on the other side of the island, nothing is very far away as the Island is quite small. The sunset in Zia is also definitely worth a visit. We were all very sad to leave and would return in a heartbeat 🩷

It was a last minute decision to take a short trip to Kos and this property came up as available. How lucky were we! The property is very tastefully decorated and has everything you need. Our hosts were wonderful and couldn’t do enough to help us. We found out that they have just started this venture in what is/was their family home. I am sure that is why every detail had been thought about. We are definitely hoping to go back but I’m sure when word gets out it is going to be fully booked. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this property in Kardamena, Kos. The location couldn’t have been better – just a short walk to the beach and perfectly situated near all the great restaurants and shops. The accommodation itself was spotless and beautifully designed, with modern, comfortable rooms that felt like a true home away from home. The pool area was also a highlight – clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. What really made the stay unforgettable were the hosts, Phillipos and Anna. They were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout the entire trip. Their hospitality truly elevated the experience and made me feel genuinely cared for. I can’t recommend this place enough – I’ll definitely be coming back!
