We were delighted to leave the house run by Maria Hanım on August 6, 2025. Maria and her family warmly welcomed us. The interior of the house was tastefully designed, with everything for guests in mind. The house was both new and clean. The balcony with the sea view was wonderful. The cats in the garden were also very sweet. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Samos. You'll feel right at home.

The location and view of the house are absolutely amazing — just like in the photos! It was very clean and every detail we might need had been thoughtfully provided. Our hosts, Alexia and George, were extremely attentive and helpful. Whatever we needed, they were always there to assist promptly. Thanks to their warm hospitality and the comfort of the house, Toby’s House will be our only choice for all our future holidays in Samos.

VM Cozy Home - Kokkari Center queda aproximadamente a 8,3 km de Monastery Zoodochou Pigis y ofrece alojamiento con vista a la montaña, una terraza y patio. The house is in a perfect location right in the heart of Kokkarini, just a 2-minute walk to the stunning beach. You can even hear the sound of the waves at night from the garden. We stayed for 5 nights and everything was absolutely wonderful. Maria was extremely helpful and provided us with all the information we needed – we are very grateful to her. One of the best things about the house is the huge free parking area right in front of the door. We’ll definitely be back next year!
