Also TV, AC, bathroom with shower and toilet for each bedroom. Closed area available only to accommodated guests, safe for children. Parking for 2 cars directly in front of the house, private and very clean pool (pool depth 1,5m).

Perfect place to stay close to Krka / Cikola canyon (Cikola 7 min drive). Many nice treats provided by the friendly host. Clean, pretty and well organised apartment in two floors, with outside garden. One of the most idyllic places we have stayed at! Comfortable beds and warm even in the winter.

We had the most wonderful stay at this apartment! The property is set in a charming old stone house that has been beautifully refurbished, combining authentic character with modern comfort. The room was spotless, with fresh, clean sheets and excellent air conditioning that made the stay extra comfortable. Free parking was a huge bonus, washing machine and dryer, and breakfast which was included at a nearby local restaurant, absolutely delicious and a fantastic way to start the day. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was Niksǎ’s hospitality. From arrival to departure, every detail was taken care of with genuine warmth and thoughtfulness. I couldn’t be happier with my stay and can only highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

The kitchen and bathroom have everything you need (apart from toiletries but we weren't expecting any). There is a little terrace, which is wonderful to relax or eat outdoors. The host is extremely friendly and helpful.

A special thank you to Marco, the waiter, who went above and beyond every single day – always with a big smile, great recommendations, and a level of service that made us feel so well taken care of. And also to the receptionist, who welcomed us with so much warmth and kindness from the very first moment. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always ready to make our stay as smooth as possible. Together they made us feel not just like guests, but like family. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for the perfect villa getaway in Croatia, this is the place!

From the moment I arrived in the property I felt like I was in paradise and kept pinching myself throughout the entire stay. Maria was very communicative before my arrival, helping to provide transportation information and directions. They allowed me to arrive early with access to my private beach space and even bought groceries for me since I did not have a car. SO friendly and attentive!!! The private tent and all public spaces were beyond beautiful. Fully equipped outdoor kitchen, paddle boards at the beach and very reliable wifi. Cannot recommend enough!!
