The food and drink prices are very reasonable, not excessive. You also get 10% off food at the Pizza place and Marina restaurant close by. Only a 5 minute walk. Great place for couples and family. Highly recommend the private holiday home for families.

The host Danijela was extremely friendly and helpful, providing all the necessary information right after booking and staying available if we needed anything. The house is beautiful, located in a quiet area, and very modern, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. With beautiful outdoor area. You can easily walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and a bakery. We would definitely love to come back.

Located in Brzac, Cozy cottage with seaview and parking ideal for small family is a recently renovated accommodation, 20 km from Punat Marina and 17 km from Fumak Hill Cross. We had a fantastic stay at the cottage. The view is exeptional, the village is super calm and quiet. The whole house feels like luxury. We had a rainy day during our stay, but we didn’t even mind, just stayed in the house, looked out the window all day and felt right at home, so comfortable! The kitchen was also fully equipped with anything you might need! Victorija was kind, helpful and always available. :) We would definitely recommend staying here, this was one of our favorite stays ever!

Lovely, immaculately clean, newly refurbished house set in an old stone historic village Omisalj. The hosts were lovely and attentive. We would definitely love to return to and stay again in the house for another longer peaceful break. The perfect place to take a short walk through the village or a quiet stroll to the sea and enjoy the views of the old Ucka hotel building in its former glory.
