Upon arrival, we were greeted with a delicious welcome drink and refreshing cold towels, and the staff, always smiling and friendly, immediately made us feel at home. They went above and beyond – decorating the bathtub, pool, and room with flowers, everything was beyond our expectations. Breakfast was tasty, but what truly made the stay special was the kindness of the staff. The young team, both the boys and the girl at the reception, were always helpful, polite, and genuinely kind. On my birthday, they surprised me with a cake without me asking – such a thoughtful gesture that left me speechless! They are available at any hour and it’s very easy to communicate with them through WhatsApp. Taman Dedari restaurant is just a 5-minute walk away, and the location is peaceful, away from the crowds. The room was extremely clean, everything new and fresh-smelling, and there were no insects or animals inside, which I really appreciated. Yes, you can hear the roosters often, but never at night, so it was not disturbing at all. I wholeheartedly recommend this new accommodation in Bali – perfect even for the most demanding guests. Without a doubt, when I return to Bali, I will come back here, because the young people at the reception truly won my heart and I can’t wait to see them again!
