I very much enjoyed my stay here. I spent 2 nights before my jungle trek and 1 night after. I booked the 2 day/1 night jungle trek with them as well. I actually think that is the only way you can stay at their guesthouse, so they ensure that their trekking clients have accommodation. Communication with the manager, Dedycool was faultless, from the time i made my initial inquiry to when the driver picked me up at the airport. The room was spotless, the bed and pillows were some of the most comfortable I've had in 5 months of travel, and the AC did the job. The staff could not have been more welcoming, both upon arrival and every time I came for a meal or returned from an outing. The location outside of the village ensured a peaceful nights sleep. I enjoyed the 30 minute walk to the center, allowing me to see people going about their daily lives. The jungle trek was phenomenal in every way. Both guides, Edwin and Janet, were professional and got excited when we saw orangutans (we saw 7). The food both at the guesthouse and on the trek was very tasty. The trekking was challenging but not overly so. It was fun scrambling up hillsides using vines and roots as foot and hand holds. The camping was much more comfortable than I expected. The camping mats were thick, and the lightweight sleeping bag was just right for the temperature. The rafting back to the village was super fun and a great way to end the 2 days in the jungle. I'm very pleased with my decision to book through Sumatra Orangutans Treks.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful, newly built villa as the first guests. The house is very bright, lovely decorated and very spacious. It's situated directly on the stunning white sand beach with a wonderful view of the turquoise ocean and nearby little islands. It has two bedrooms, well well-equipped kitchen and large living areas. We were warmly welcomed by a manager at the harbour. All the transportation, boat trips to the islands and the car rental were also easily arranged for us by the owner. The villa is situated in the heart of the main village, so you have easy access to the shops and local warnings. You can watch the fishermen in the morning and easily blend with the local people who are always incredibly friendly.

We wanted somewhere different to spend Christmas and came across Valhalla house online, the house was as amazing as it looks in the pictures and was right on the beach that you have to yourself! The house was clean & comfortable and had everything we needed - water, towels, cooking facilities etc! As the island was quite remote we were struggling to find how to get there and get around but Marcelo, the host, went above and beyond to help us out with flights and ferries. His communication was great, and he gave us some great food recommendations as well as a contact for surf lessons, which we all really enjoyed on Christmas day, and was just so helpful with all of the questions we had! Marcelo also put us in touch with a local, Dolman, who drove us to and from the airport, even though the roads were bad he made it so easy for us to get around by providing bikes at a really good price. Overall we had an amazing stay at Valhalla and would recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing time on a paradise island, surrounded by local culture, beautiful beaches and lots surfing!!

Nastanitev Summa Terra je v mestu Tuk Tuk in nudi teraso ter brezplačen WiFi. Ta počitniška hiška ima vrt in brezplačno zasebno parkirišče. Amazing location! Right by the lake, you can just walk down and take a swim. Even at night it's really beautiful. There are many restaurants within walking distance as well. The house itself was comfortable. The host Ranti was great as well! She's really funny and helpful. She helped us to book motorbikes and a day tour, both which turned out amazing. It's really convenient to get a ferry back to mainland as well. The ferry can stop right at the house to drop you off/pick you up.

Be ready to dive into adventure right from the moment you are met by host in the nearby village. A halfhour motorbike ride and a walk along riverbed and you are reaching a villa situated right in the midst of the jungle. If you are a nature lover like we are, don’t think twice - just book the place and enjoy the vacations. On other day we were guided by Byke and Fahid into the depths of jungle looking for orangutans, which were kindly enough to greet us from the trees on a stretched hand distance. All in all it was an excellent idea to book that place, don’t miss the opportunity to live amidst jungle comfortably.

Nastanitev UKCC Hotel je v mestu Kota Bawah Timur v regiji Pulau Weh in ponuja balkon ter razgled na morje. The staff are so friendly and kind and made me feel at home and part of their family. I will never forget them. The rooms are spacious and the views are stunning. It is possible to swim and snorkel from the small beach.

Nastanitev Magpie homestay & jungle trekking especially for guest trekking with us je v mestu Bukit Lawang in nudi brezplačen WiFi, vrt s teraso ter pogled na vrt. Our stay at Magpie Homestay was amazing. It was better than I had expected. Our host, Asnir, was so lovely, very accommodating and helpful. She even took us out for a BBQ picnic for my birthday. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you for looking after us and making our holiday so special.
