Offering a garden and garden view, Teresa's Cottage is set in Kilcolgan, 23 km from Eyre Square and 23 km from Galway Railway Station. Wish we could have met Bill in person as very responsive and friendly on the phone. We were sorry we missed his visit and appreciated his nice note. The cottage was fully equipped and it was great to find scones awaiting us and some other sundries on a prettily laid table for breakfast the next day. Nice layout for two couples traveling together, even with a single bathroom. We enjoyed the fire and comfortable living area and well equipped kitchen. Had a fabulous dinner at the recommended Moran's. The country setting (including nearby donkeys!), with walks out the door, suited us and was centrally located to all we came for (such as the Cliffs of Moher by sea, the Burrens, St. Kilmacduagh, Leamaneh Castle, Ballyvaughan, Maumturk Mtns, the 12 Bens, Galway, Kylemore Abbey, Roundstone, Clifden). In wild and wooly weather, it was very good to head "home" to cozy lodgings.

Cosy Rooms in a Stone Cottage, a property with a garden, is set in Galway, 6.3 km from National University of Galway, 7.2 km from Eyre Square, as well as 7.3 km from Galway Railway Station. Ronnie was an absolutely fantastic host!! :) He helped with amazing recommendations all along the way, from food to activities and even the best places to park. He's lovely to chat with and just overall made us feel right at home. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and the room was the perfect size for the two of us. We couldn't have hoped for a better stay. Highly recommend if you're looking for a quiet spot outside of the city but that's still close to Galway and easy access to so much of the beautiful Irish countryside.

Located in Rivers Town and only 21 km from Leitrim Design House, Lough Rynn-Lord Leitrim provides accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. Very homely feel, location is ideal as well. The vicinity is quiet and tranquil. Home is kept very neat and tidy and excellent. I travelled around Ireland and this was the most homely feel amongst all my stays. Owner is also responsive when communicating and very kind to accommodate a last minute guest with reasonable additional cost. Beautiful home.

Set in Charlestown, within 19 km of Knock Shrine and 20 km of Kiltimagh Museum, Tiernan's Luxury Accommodation offers accommodation with a garden as well as free private parking for guests who drive. My family and I stayed at the Green cottage. It was such a fantastic stay and wished it could have been longer. The cottage itself is idyllic and charming with the interior design very well thought of. It is very clean, warm and comfortable. The view is amazing too, and if you're lucky, you'd get to see a few cows grazing in the early morning just a few meters away from the property. The backgarden is huge where little tots could play and run. The host, Ann Marie, is very welcoming and kind. She made sure to send detailed instructions from finding the place to getting in. Overall, it was an amazing stay and we would definitely be back. We're back in Dublin now but we've already recommended this place to our family and friends.

Wild Atlantic Stay Cottage is located in Galway, 23 km from National University of Galway, 23 km from Eyre Square, and 23 km from Galway Railway Station. Wow - what a great place to stay for three nights just outside of Galway! The owner, Jacqueline, could not have been anymore accommodating. She was so nice and even provided us w/ an extra gift for my 50th birthday. We arrived to a beautiful Irish oasis with a wonderful view and a welcome basket. Our family enjoyed the short walk to the sea and the amazing seascapes. I can’t say enough about this cottage, it’s charm and the owner’s hospitality. If you are looking for a traditional Ireland experience then this is the place for you!

Set in Clifden in the Galway County region, Townhouse Clifden: Located in the heart of Connemara has a terrace. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the holiday home free of charge. My husband, two teenage sons, and I stayed here for 2 nights on a short trip around the West Coast of Ireland. The house had everything needed and is in a great location-just a short walk into town. Clifden and the surrounding area are beautiful with lots to do nearby. It was a lovely stay!
