The property is absolutely spotless – one of the cleanest accommodations we have ever stayed in. Everything is brand new, furnished with great care and attention to detail, combining modern comfort with a warm, welcoming aesthetic. Surrounded by vineyards, the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, yet the location is also very practical: just a few minutes away from Gardaland, Caneva, Parco Natura Viva, Lake Garda towns, and many other attractions. What made the experience even more special was the hospitality. Sara is a wonderful host who went out of her way to make us feel at home. She gave us excellent recommendations for local restaurants and food, which really enriched our stay. Small but thoughtful touches, such as having fresh water available at all times, made a big difference, especially since we were traveling with children. Our kids loved the open space and the sense of freedom in the countryside, while for us it was the perfect place to slow down, connect with nature, and recharge after busy days exploring the area. The combination of comfort, cleanliness, location, and hospitality made our holiday truly memorable. We highly recommend Corte Casa Erminia to families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing yet well-located stay near Lake Garda. We will definitely return on our next trip to the region!

Everything was just wonderful during our five days there. The beautiful area, our rustique room overlooking the courtyard, the large pool with a pool bar, the toys and games in the garden for our boys. We didnt really like our first room but the next morning they let us change - and earned an extra goldstar for this flexibility! Also, it was fantastic to be so close to the river Mincio and be able to use the free bicycles to Peschiera easily (15 mins biking). This was the fifth agriturismo in the Garda area for us and our kids - and clearly the best one! We already miss Corte Salandini 😥

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, bellissima struttura immersa nella natura, piscina nuova e moderna, camera pulita e colazione squisita. Abbiamo ricevuto anche un omaggio in camera. I proprietari sono delle persone stupende che ti fanno sentire a casa, avremmo voluto restarci ancora.

Dinner at their restaurant deserves a separate review. If we could, we would rate 100 out of 10. Our sincere appreciation to Eviola and Alessia who made our day keeping a very important thing that we left in the room - we were kindly informed by them and came back to collect it…and took a chance to spend one more night at this amazing hotel.

The room was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the breakfast provided a great variety of options. The hosts were very pleasant and accommodating. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and also had a delightful dinner on-site. We would highly recommend this place to others.
