The service was above and beyond. Manuela was warm and generous, tending to all our needs and giving great suggestions for restaurants and sights. Everything was provided with easy links for online browsing and usage of Google maps on how to get there. The place feels brand new and the entire estate has been built by Manuela and her husband with utmost care. The breakfast was plentiful and all our dietary needs (allergies and such) were taken care of. We especially liked the fresh local, organic fried eggs and fresh fruit from their garden. The pool area is nice and relaxing. They even have their own small bar-shed that they opened up for us and gave us drinks and snacks at our arrival. The BnB is placed very well for excursions to sights as well as the beach and also close to the cute little town of Macerata with several museums, sights and restaurants. An added bonus was of course that we had the place to ourselves. Again thank you so much Manuela and family for a great stay! We would like to come back in the future.

Everything was perfect. Nice owners that are always there for you when you have a problem or any question. Everything is new and modern. The pool has a perfect size, it's always clean and it's positioning is perfect. We will for sure come back at one point.

Barbara is super host , thanks for her kindness. She did everything to make me comfortable at every moment of my stay. The room floor was 2 years old , and everything is pretty new and very nice decorated. The room was spacious and very elegant. Bathroom super clean and well-decorated, even with a plant. The garden is small but very comfy. They put nice decorations as well, bench, hammock, sun batching bed, etc... very nice view as the building is on top of hill. Barbara prepared breakfast, simple but delicious. I will definitely come back again.

The staff were warm, welcoming and the room was absolutely lovely. Waking up each morning to the view of the rolling fields, mountains, a perfect breakfast in the dining room made each day especially smooth. The drive to the Santa Lucia parking to head to the old town of Urbino was about 6 minutes and perfectly easy. I'd highly recommend this place for its comfort and peace.
