Very clean apartment with everything you need, quiet area but close to center. I prefered the route to center via the statue of Rafaelo and than the steep Rafaelo street. The other way to go to the center is through a small forest, revealing amazing views to Urbino/Ducal palace and you come to the Borgo Merkatale and Piazza Mercatale. There is heating in the apt. We were given the keys by the lady who lives in the same building. Thank you!

The room was very clean. The house owner doesn't speak English, but that wasn't a problem for us. There is a person who speaks English and you can contact with her any questions you may have. The owner of the house serves an excellent breakfast every morning on the terrace with a very nice view. The house is in a very good location to visit the most beautiful places in the Marche region. We highly recommend visiting Offida, Ripatransone, Petritoli, Grottammare Alta, Torre di Palme, Ascoli Piceno.

Waking up each morning to the view of the rolling fields, mountains, a perfect breakfast in the dining room made each day especially smooth. The drive to the Santa Lucia parking to head to the old town of Urbino was about 6 minutes and perfectly easy. I'd highly recommend this place for its comfort and peace.
