Fabulous welcome and I felt instantly at home. Having checked out from a property in Bologna where not even the smallest piece of soap was left on the hand basin, it was was so relaxing to find a truly generous host who provided everything to make my stay comfortable. It is easy to find from the bus station and easy also to get to all the sites in Urbino. I would totally recommend this monolocale and would love to return.

Manuela is very professional and nice host. She does everything to help us and to enjoy our stay with al kind of tips what to do and where to eat (she advised several very nice Osteria's). She even helped us with stitches that had to be removed from our daughter, a friend of hers received us during her break at the clinic where she works. Really very special and saved a lot of time. Manuela went along herself. Also the breakfast was really nice with all kind of home baked bread and cakes. So definitely recommended if you want to visit the beautiful surroundings of the Marche

Everything was perfect. Nice owners that are always there for you when you have a problem or any question. Everything is new and modern. The pool has a perfect size, it's always clean and it's positioning is perfect. We will for sure come back at one point.

Barbara is super host , thanks for her kindness. She did everything to make me comfortable at every moment of my stay. The room floor was 2 years old , and everything is pretty new and very nice decorated. The room was spacious and very elegant. Bathroom super clean and well-decorated, even with a plant. The garden is small but very comfy. They put nice decorations as well, bench, hammock, sun batching bed, etc... very nice view as the building is on top of hill. Barbara prepared breakfast, simple but delicious. I will definitely come back again.
