Great friendly family that made us feel at home even before we checked in. The place is absolutely fantastic. Located in a quiet place with an amazing view of the temples.

There is a path of 1,3 km aroind the property through the garden. Rooms are clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. For breakfast You can freshly squeze orange juice, which grows in the garden.

The location is great, in a beautiful countryside setting, close to Villa Romana del Casale. The premises are superb: wonderful gardens with splendid views of the hills; the house is elegantly furnished and very comfortable. Our room was also very convenient, I appreciate that even a safe box is provided. Dinner was delicious and inspiring, the house wine a great choice, and breakfast too was plentiful and offered a good variety. Everybody was polite and helpful and everything corresponded to the description on Booking.

Google map location is not accurate, it is on the opposite side of the street. Salvatore is very communicative and kind host. Our apartment was clean with a tasteful design. It is room only (no breakfast available). It is less than 10min walk to the main street. Hauling luggage was not very easy on those old stone paved street.

Really comfortable apartment. Very spacious with a good location. Close to some restaurants and not that far by walk to the beach. Great communication with the host who explained everything to us and was quick to react to our messages. Only thing the AC didnt seem to cool enough, but we didn't really mind.
