The check-in was very smooth & our lovely room had great amenities and a very comfortable bed and excellent shower with very hot water. The breakfast was delicious & the friendly donkeys were so cute. All the amazing owners are very professional & have exceptional customer service skills; whereby, they were always smiling &willing to do whatever it takes to make our stay truly memorable. The apartment was in a perfect location for those traveling without a car. It was a five minute walk to the major train station and an equally close walk to the minimetro which takes you into the center of Perugia in 10 minutes. The hosts were very attentive, the apartment itself was clean, spacious for two people, and had everything we needed. There’s a laundromat, lots of little cafes, and a grocery store all in walking distance.

The apartment was fully equipped, spacious and spotlessly clean. A big plus is the garden where you can enjoy your coffee with a great view to the town itself (a 15-min walk to Casa Celeste). Speaking of coffee, while no meals were officially included in the price, I was pleasantly surprised to see that coffee, tea and, some cookies etc. were also provided. The host, Mr. Gianni, and his family are exceptionally cordial, making you feel like a guest (not just any tourist...). For those visiting Umbria by car, Casa Celeste is an excellent choice of accommodation, even if your travel plans are more focused on other towns, eg Assisi, Foligno, Spello, Gubbio etc.
