I'm from Taiwan I stayed at Moku over Christmas and had an amazing experience. The house is full of traditional Japanese charm, with a warm and cozy atmosphere that made me feel relaxed as soon as I arrived. What really stood out to me were the thoughtful details throughout the space—especially the clothes-drying rack placed near the heater vent. It was such a smart and practical touch, and my clothes dried quickly even during the cold winter weather. The host was incredibly kind and responsive. When I couldn’t find the laundry detergent, she came over right away to help and let me know I could message her anytime if I needed anything. That level of care truly made a difference. I would absolutely recommend Moku to anyone visiting Kyoto, especially during the winter season. It is also highly recommended for travelers who are driving—if you plan to visit Amanohashidate or Ine no Funaya, this is a great place to stay as part of your trip. Thank you for such a wonderful stay and for making my time in Kyoto truly memorable.

Right in the heart of Kyoto, situated within a short distance of Kyoto Station and TKP Garden City Kyoto, Zenji 町家六堀 offers free WiFi, air conditioning and household amenities such as a microwave and... Property was beautiful and had great facilities for what we needed. It was impeccably clean.

Set within less than 1 km of Sanjusangen-do Temple and a 14-minute walk of Gion Shijo Station, 谷町君 星屋 東山望月居 features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Kyoto. So spacious. Loved the massage chair and outdoor hot tub. Just had everything g we needed and the washing machine was awesome.

It's been great to have our own little home in Kyoto! It has everything we needed and more, the owner offered help to book restaurants, great experience :)

Rinn Shiki Juraku provides accommodation located 1.7 km from the centre of Kyoto and offers a bar and a shared lounge. Very helpful stuff that agreed to store our suitcases after check out and helped us with getting taxi to the train station (even helped lifting the heavy suitcase). Very modern room with both western and Japanese elements.

Located in Ine, 16 km from Manai Shrine and 16 km from Motoise Kono Shrine, 舟宿 壱 provides sea views and free WiFi. The air-conditioned accommodation is 17 km from Daijyouji Temple. Unique and a wonderful experience

Set 1.3 km from Kyoto International Manga Museum and 1.5 km from Nijo Castle in the centre of Kyoto, Corner6 offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. Quiet area, comfortable beds and very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. If there is a mirror in the toilet on the first floor, it will be perfect.

Situated in Kyoto, less than 1 km from Nijo Castle and 500 metres from the centre, 谷町君 星屋 神泉ノ宿 二条城 features air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi, and a garden. They were able to hold our luggages for a few hours after check out. When we got back to pickup, they offered us some bottles of water. The day was hot and it was very much appreciated.

Very clean, comfortable, pleasant two bedrooms apartment with modern quality appliances. Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful host.
