Situated with quick and easy access to Niseko and Kutchan, it provides the ideal jumping off point for both access to the ski hill and nice restaurants / grocery stores to refuel. The accomodations themselves are excellent, with plenty of room for our group of six. We especially liked the dedicated dry room for all of our ski gear. Ricky is a fantastic host who was very accommodating to our needs. He really made us feel at home! All in all, I would highly recommend booking this place for anyone planning on visiting the area.

It's a good location as long as you have a rental car. (We had two.) Parking was easy. The house is very comfortable. We appreciated that it had a deep bathtub and never ran out of hot water! We also used the washer/dryer several times, though it takes hours to complete a full cycle of washing and drying.
