Towels and bed linen are featured in the holiday home. The house must have been renovated very recently. Everything is new, well designed and the equipment is outstanding. The location is very convenient and the price is great for bigger groups or families travelling together. We had a short connection to Osaka's major attractions like the aquarium or the expo.

The property also offers accommodation for disabled guests. Udatsuya had the homely vibe that we needed in our trip to Japan. Everyday we return to Udatsuya and immediately feel at ease. The hostess Niho was amazing, she was like the grandma to the group and kept us well-fed. She prepared us with some information about Osaka, places to visit and wander. I wake up in the early morning to take a walk around the surrounding neighbourhood, it's great seeing the daily life of Japan go about. The house itself is near several restaurants and convenience stores, only 2 mins away from a family-mart. The train station is nearby as well that has a track going down to Namba. Overall, Udatsuya was the perfect stay with great memories. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

For this price point in Japan, it is rare to find a private house with such good facilities. The host is responsive and easy to contact, which is reassuring as this is a private accommodation rather than a hotel. Location-wise, it is a good base. It is close to major attractions such as the Osaka Aquarium, the Ferris wheel, USJ area, and nearby shopping and dining options. There are also small eateries and supermarkets within walking distance. Osaka-ko Station is very nearby, making transport easy. Parking is available. While the garage may not be suitable for larger vehicles (such as 7-seaters or large MPVs), there are many paid parking options outside nearby. Overnight parking outside is reasonably priced and easy to find using Google Maps. The house is a three-storey property, so guests with large or heavy luggage should take their time when carrying bags upstairs. For drivers with bigger cars, the on-site garage may not be practical, and parking outside is required (paid separately). The neighbourhood is residential and not a touristy area. This is not a negative point, but guests should be mindful to respect local customs and be considerate of neighbours, as residents value quietness and rules. Overall, the house feels spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the facilities inside are of a very high standard.
