We really enjoyed our stay at Private Villa by the Tea Estate. The breakfasts were delicious, the service was very friendly and helpful, and the apartments were beautiful, clean, and well maintained. A lovely and relaxing place to stay — highly recommended!

Such a beautiful property. Well maintained and feels very European. Madushanka (who is the host) is a very generous and helpful person and tries to make one’s stay as comfortable as possible. Rooms are good, bathroom was great. There’s also a kitchen if one wants to cook something and there are a variety of books if one wants to read. Overall a very pleasant stay despite the weather playing spoilsport for the whole of 2 days that we stayed.

Offering a garden and garden view, Cabin 7000 feet Nuwaraeliya is set in Nuwara Eliya, 8.1 km from Gregory Lake and 15 km from Hakgala Botanical Garden. We were the first guests to stay after the cyclone and arrived cold and wet on our motorcycles. The owner met us in town to guide us up to the property and, once we arrived, brought us a heater to help us warm up and dry our clothes and shoes. We were two families traveling together, and the kids absolutely loved sleeping together in the large loft space. The place was warm and cozy, and the kids said they had never slept that well during our entire holiday. The host family also prepared both dinner and breakfast for us, which was a wonderful touch. This is without a doubt one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. The owners truly went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this place to families or groups looking for incredible views and genuine hospitality.

The Edgware Cabana offers a hot spring bath and a hot tub, as well as air-conditioned accommodation in Nuwara Eliya, 1.9 km from Gregory Lake. We had a fantastic experience at Edgware Cabana. The hospitality was warm and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious throughout our visit. Everything was well taken care of, and the staff made sure we felt comfortable at all times. Highly recommended – we’d love to come back!

Situated in Nuwara Eliya and only 6 km from Gregory Lake, Keshiya Holiday Home features accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. The home stay was really comfortable and the owner was a super nice guy with a little daughter who even showed us their cute cat simba. He even cooked for us in the evening for a fair price and the food was really tasty. The owner speaks really good english and is very nice (brings you into the city or gives you tea if u want to). The home stay is like a little flat which even has a little kitchen and a chill area. Its not far away from the waterfall trail which is definitely a must see. All in all we were very happy and would recommend 100%.

The hotel is situated in the middle of the teeplantations and therefore offers a gorgeous view. The staff couldn‘t have been better. They were utterly helpful and friendly, we couldn‘t have been happier with our stay!
