Fareed was one the best host we had in Sri Lanka We were supposed to stay one night but extended for 2 more nights. The breakfasts are huge ! The room was clean and spacious He often offers some tea or coffee when you are chilling in the garden, love it He also offered to drop us off at the bus station with his tuktuk for free. The room very really nice, lots of light, lots of space, nice big bathroom, big balcony with a beautiful view. And the owner is so sweet and kind. She brought me tea and food and was just the nicest host you could ever meet. I really didn’t want to leave. This is the best place I’ve stayed at in a long time!

We discovered City Breeze last year. We loved it so much that we kept extending. It was, therefore, an obvious choice for our 2nd visit. The constant dedication and quality service provided by our friendly hosts and staff will always be a winner in our book. We have become good friends, and just like last year, we keep extending. If you're looking for comfort accompanied by great, friendly service at a very affordable price, this is unbeatable. Rohan and his staff take such excellent care of their guests that you'll immediately feel at home. From the delicious breakfasts, fruit juice during the day, to cleaning and keeping their accommodations well taken care of, they constantly cater for whatever you may need or want. The location is outside town, about 15 min by tuk tuk, on the hills, surrounded by lush greens. The observation deck near the room, cum dining room offers a wonderful view of the area and is my favorite spot for my early morning coffee, admiring the many colorful birds, kingfishers, hawks and eagles surrounding us. At night, flying foxes keep us company, as well as the fireflies. The lake is about a 20 min walk from the residence, using the shortcut. The owners have 3 big cuddly dogs and 1 beautiful fluffy Kitty. They're kept downstairs, while the guestrooms are upstairs. If you indicate to the owner that they may present a problem to you, he will make sure that their pets never interact with you. We love them all, so we are always happy to see them when they come up to greet us. Thank you, Rohan, Anusha, and their staff for making our stay so enjoyable despite this year's bad weather. We wish we could stay here longer.

Rejuvenating spa treatments and traditional massages can be enjoyed on site. Airport transfers can be arranged for a small fee. The grounds and the facilities are perfect. The chalet rooms are excellent and give you the feeling of being in the jungle. The staff, especially Chulan, are superb and happily arranged tours and hikes. Cannot recommend highly enough!

The food was delicious every day, and you can really taste the care that goes into each dish. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Everything was spotless and well maintained. I’d happily return and definitely recommend it to others.

We booked Tea Heritage after seeing how beautiful the property looked online and how reasonably priced it was, and it exceeded our expectations from the very beginning. Communication with the host was excellent even before we arrived. We had a few specific requests, especially around my partner’s dietary needs, and the host was more than happy to accommodate everything. They were flexible, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay exactly how we wanted it. The food was a major highlight. We were served delicious home-cooked meals with a great variety of dishes tailored to our preferences, even accommodating last-minute requests without any hesitation. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The property itself is spacious, private, and incredibly serene. It felt like a true escape into nature, surrounded by misty hills and peaceful views. We love outdoor experiences, and being offered a visit to a nearby organic farm was a wonderful bonus and one of the most memorable parts of our stay. We were also surprised with a candlelit dinner to celebrate our special occasion, which made our engagement even more magical. It was the perfect setting, and we genuinely could not have asked for a better place for such an important moment in our lives. A special mention to Palitha, who took great care of us throughout our stay, and to Dinu, the co-host and chef, who always made sure we were comfortable, well-fed, and well looked after, and not to Forget Thilina, the other co-host who was always available on the phone to coordinate everything. Their hospitality made a big difference. Amazing privacy, stunning views, a beautiful location, and heartfelt service. We absolutely loved our stay and are already looking forward to visiting again.
