Owner is super lovely and has great information, recommendations and tips about things to do/transport around. He's always keen to help and checks in regularly with how your stay is going. Beds were super comfortable and they also do communal dinners at night which creates a more friendly, hostel vibe among the guests which is nice. Helped us organise a dolphin cruise with some other guests and we saw over 100 dolphins which was amazing! Fairly cheap to do as well.

The villa is very spacious and comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The facilities are excellent—everything from the microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, to the PEO TV connection made our stay even more convenient. The washroom was perfect, and the beds were super comfortable, giving us great rest every night. Overall, it was an extremely satisfying experience, and we highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay in Marawila!

Objekt Rivershore Villas u gradu 'Wayikkal' nudi pogled na bazen, besplatne bicikle, vanjski bazen, vrt, zajednički salon i terasu. Loved everything about the stay, we had the place to ourselves and were really spoiled by the hosts. It was like we were staying with family. The property is situated on the banks of a lovely river and we spent breakfast watching the Red Eagles play. The main street with plenty of restaurants and shops is around 15 minutes walk along quiet streets which are mainly unlit, so think about a small torch if walking back at night. We only booked for a couple of nights before moving further south but could easily have spent a chilled week here. Would definitely recommend for those seeking a bit of solitude and relaxation. The owner drove us in to Nogombo one evening, which was very kind of him. He was a lovely man and rightfully proud of his hotel, the staff were excellent as well.

Wow, what a little gem this place is. Highly recommend letting the Wildhideaway team look after you while you visit Wilpattu National Park. The suite was very spacious even for a family of 4. The bathroom was huge and modern with a nice hot water shower. The plunge pool was delightful, so refreshing. Location was so quiet and the air conditioner worked perfectly so made for very comfortable sleep. They arranged our full day safari at a good price, we didn’t need to do anything but turn up. They packed breakfast and lunch for us and then had dinner ready when we came home! The thing that made this place so special was the warm and friendly service from Anta and his team. Always there with a huge smile, making us feel so welcome, and the food they made for us (as vegetarians) was SO delicious, the best we’ve had in 3 weeks in Sri Lanka.

It was tiny but comfortable accomodation with carefully maintained facilities, the host do not worry to help you going extra mile. The place is beautiful with little bit of landscaping. A beautiful place, away from the noise and busy streets. Perfect for relaxation. Beautiful surroundings, a view of the ocean from the resort restaurant, and a view of the lagoon from the terrace of the house. The room is large, comfortable, European standard. The owner is cheerful, friendly and very talkative, but also imposing. The resort literally borders on a long, beautiful beach. The area is also a fantastic place for bird watching. a place worth recommending

Absolutely stunning property with a beautiful beachside location, the outside shower areas are fabulous .Staff are amazingly caring, the food is also delicious. Felt like royalty! People of Sri Lanka are warm and friendly. Local diving in Kalpitiya is a must. Hired a tuk tuk for a true Sri Lankan experience. Wildlife at the house is truly incredible, so many birds and other creatures.Thank you Sisira, Indrani and Rokshan! The driver Serangha is caring polite and amazing too! 100% recommended.
