Communication with the host of the Riad was very good. It was a little disconcerting at first to be led through the small streets to our accommodation but it was a pleasant surprise once we went through the front door. The accommodation was lovely and clean and well appointed and spacious enough for our family of 9 . It was a good location to walk to the Souks. Jamilia looked after us very well making us a tasty breakfast every morning . The roof terrace was a lovely place to relax and soak up the ambiance of the city. It was a bonus that as a large group every bedroom had its own bathroom.

I liked everything: the location in the city, the surroundings right up to the front door, the wonderfully cosy and tastefully furnished Riad, the real Moroccan colours, the materials and the wood and straw products. Isabelle and Khadija are indescribably helpful and friendly. It was the perfect choice for our family. 100% recommended!

I like everything about the Riad. The location is perfect and just few minutes walk to the main square. The owner Touria communicated with us even before our arrival date. The manager Zacharia picked us up and helped us with our bags and made sure we are comfortable. Halima..madame Halima is the best. She looked after us really well making sure to prepare breakfast for us every morning and kept the place tidy.

The riad was in a great location, the space is large so we could spread out and it was impeccably clean! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating to our family. It was also wonderful to have breakfast in the mornings, which was delicious! I highly recommend staying here

Loved this place! It was just what we needed. A break from the busyness and a chance to relax. Its huge so was great to spread out and enjoy the space. Super helpful to have access to the washing machine and line on roof to catch up with washing. Enjoyed the rooftop in the evening when it's cooler. The pool is gorgeous and we had a great time there with the kids. Useful to have shops and restaurant within the complex. Very safe area. Imane the host was a brilliant communicator. She helped resolve an issue when booking.com cancelled our booking in error and was so responsive whenever we had a question.

This place is simply stunning, from start to finish it has been the most amazing trip and made truly special by the hospitality of Hind and André. Everything was perfect, the most amazing homemade food, the location is spot on, spotlessly clean and beautiful. They went out of their way to assist in any way they could, their recommendations were amazing, honestly cannot fault a single thing. They are the perfect hosts but you leave as friends - cannot wait to return 🥰

Ali and Janet were fantastic hosts - great communication and nothing was too much trouble. The riad is beautifully renovated, quiet, and has everything you need. It's within walking distance (20mins) of most of the major attractions. Breakfasts on the terrace were fabulous. Wifi worked well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Dar Al Hayat.
