Spacious Holiday Home in Xpu Ha: Casa Itzae at Riviera Maya offers a spacious holiday home in Xpu Ha, Mexico. The property features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a comfortable living room. Absolutely stunning Villa in a beautiful location. The Villa is really big and the garden is spacious and quiet with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a covered driveway. It's located in the Amares development in Xpu Ha which is huge and only a few houses are finished. There are smart Tv's in both bedrooms and a huge one in the lounge. Wifi is super fast. Hot water and showers all perfect. The kitchen is very well equipped with an oven, microwave and a kettle! (1st kettle found in Mexico!) The bed is huge and comfortable with great pillows bedding and extra blankets supplied which are fluffy and smelled gorgeous! The host/owner Ana was super fast to reply to messages and allowed us early check in and spot on instructions for access and location. Honestly, we loved the villa and would move there if we could! 😁

Offering a garden and garden view, Cabaña Ja Nik is set in Puerto Morelos, 36 km from Playa del Carmen Maritime Terminal and 38 km from Cancun Government Palace. I absolutely loved the the privacy and the quiet jungle location yet only a 5 min drive to town. The cabana is quite big with heigj ceilings. The parents of the owner live in the next house...and were so friendly and helpful. They made our 6 week stay extra comfotable.

We stayed at this property as a family of four for a month and truly loved our time there. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, allowing everyone to enjoy their own privacy. The middle bedroom worked perfectly for our child and made the stay very comfortable for our family. The furniture is excellent quality - a huge, comfortable sofa, a beautiful large wooden dining table for family meals, and a spacious, well-equipped kitchen that made cooking at home easy and enjoyable. The host provided lots of towels, beach chairs and bedsheets - very helpful for a long stay like ours. We also really appreciated that the host arranged a water delivery service for us, which made settling in effortless. After check-out, my wife realised she had left a personal item behind, and Veronica (the managing agent) was incredibly helpful in arranging for us to retrieve it quickly and smoothly. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Set just 8.5 km from Tulum Archeological Site, Satori Tulum offers accommodation in Tulum with access to massage services, a garden, as well as a 24-hour front desk. Check in was completely smooth. The host welcomed us in a dedicated WhatsApp group, which also made it super easy to ask questions or request help during the stay. The place was stocked with all the essentials, so we could settle right away and check out was just so smooth. Highly recommend!

My partner and I enjoyed staying at this apartment, it is cozy, clean and quiet. The ACs in both bedrooms & living room were working great. The hot shower with great water pressure was wonderful. Blackout curtains in the bedrooms were also very appreciated. It was also nice to have a gym in the building.

The rooftop pool was very refreshing and we had a nice private eating area and sink. The common area had a larger pool and sun loungers which we also used and appreciated. Great value property and just 10 mins by drive from Tulum.

The property was located in a peaceful, leafy gated community about 5 mins from the town center and 10 mins from the beach. It was spacious, clean, stylish and comfortable. The concierge Luis was friendly and helpful and came up with some great restaurant and cenote suggestions. The management team was also very attentive. Thanks everyone.
