The table on the porch was used to enjoy breakfast and sundowners whilst watching the sea. Highly recommended location

It is a great place to stay at Kalahari desert on the way to Mata Mata and SA border, with a wonderfull host Peter who wants to share his farm life exerience. The room we booked was very comfortable, spacious, fully equiped and lovely decorated by Hanli. The icing on the cake was meeting a giraffe on our evening walk in the sunset :) Hanli - Thank you for hospitality.

Nastanitev Vastrap Guest Farm je od znamenitosti Karasburg Railway Station oddaljena 47 km in ponuja restavracijo, sezonski zunanji bazen, vrt ter skupni prostor za druženje. Excellent stop for tired and hungry travellers. Slept really well in the heat with the aircon. Arrived earlier than expected and thet managed to fit us in for a delicious buffet supper. Lol I need the spinach quiche recipe 😋 Love that the bathroom had enough space to put your stuff down. Not something you see very often.

The hostess and her husband arranged a horse ride especially for my autistic daughter even though they dont do rides anymore. She is obsessed with horses and is a Dressage horse rider herself. They made it possible for her to have a wonderful time.
