Vakantiehuis Le Platane - in natuurgebied nabij Nijmegen is located in Beek, 19 km from Gelredome, 22 km from Arnhem Station, and 25 km from Burgers' Zoo. This house was perfect. It was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed (the washing machine and second guest toilet were very useful with a family of five). The location was excellent, near to the city but set in a small hamlet surrounded by countryside. It was great to be able to walk to the local supermarket, and there was a good driveway and useful storage shed. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed going for a swim in the nearby lake, walking in some German forests and going to Arnhem zoo. We loved our stay here in this beautiful country and I hope we will be able to visit here again one day.

This cabin is set in a rural area close to Malden and Nijmegen. It is a rare location and the house is a rare find: it is characterised by interesting architecture, is well set-up and, from the elevated living area, has a wonderful view across the fields that are the property of the hosts. Forest can be found at the end of the road (where my husband jogged each morning), and other forests and walks are accessible nearby, by car. We also made a day trip, by train, to Utrecht, which is a charming old Dutch town. One bed is on the hard side and the other is more pliant, so you can choose what suits you best.

Set in Berg en Dal, 2.5 km from Park Tivoli and 20 km from Gelredome, Natuurhuisje Heerlijkheid Beek offers accommodation with free WiFi and a garden. This wonderful tiny house (in a converted garage) is situated in a lushly wooded area, with hills and multiple well-marked trails. Really inviting area for walks or hikes, with many trails accessible from the main road that runs through this beautiful small town, literally a few hundred feet from home. The pictures give an excellent impression of the property.

Das Ferienhaus Auszeit, a property with a garden and barbecue facilities, is set in Kranenburg, 33 km from Gelredome, 36 km from Arnhem Station, as well as 39 km from Burgers' Zoo. Incredibly clean and comfortable. The building is new and very energy efficient. Much nicer than I expected, probably the best b&b I've ever stayed in.

Offering a garden and garden view, Huisje en B&B Green Cottage is situated in Groesbeek, 8.2 km from Park Tivoli and 28 km from Gelredome. The fire heater and tea and coffee things and sweets :)

Offering a garden and inner courtyard view, Vakantiehuisjes Op De Horst is situated in Groesbeek, 6.3 km from Park Tivoli and 27 km from Gelredome. Maud was very friendly and welcomed us exceptionally well. The house was clean and cozy. The kitchen had everything needed, the bed was comfortable. We felt safe and at home, we will stay again.

A recently renovated holiday home located in Beuningen, Het Veldhuis features a garden. This holiday home also has a heated pool. The house is beautiful and newly renovated. The nature surrounding it is gorgeous and the decoration is calming and cute.

Featuring city views, Domus Nimma offers accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 17 km from Gelredome. Location perfect. Close to central station.

Featuring a garden, De Zoete Aagt is located in Groesbeek. It features a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom. The guest house provides garden views and a terrace. We stayed for a weekend. The little house has a lot of charm and everything you need is available. The setting is gorgeous and natural. There are 2 terraces (one with roof). Reception is friendly, the bed is good and everything is clean. Perfect starting point for hikes and bike rides.
