The villa is as good as new, it's very well furnished with a classy style, cozy and comfortable, all the details of a home is there. I loved the stay. The location is magical. I parked my car near the villa and I walked around Hawana Salalah in my 5 day stay. It's 15 minutes walk to the beach, all the restaurants, cafés and bars are walking distance, and one can rent a toktok or hop on the electrical cars. The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook yourself, the cutlery is beautiful.

The owner was extremely helpful, always responded immediately and even gave us an extra day's holiday with a late check-out at the end!

The villa is very nicely designed and the furnishings and fittings are all modern and tasteful. Hatem and his team were very helpful and hospitable with check in. We arrived early in the morning and they very helpfully allowed an early check in and made convenient arrangements for entry to the property. The location is excellent - one row back from the beautiful beach, and a short walk to Sandyz beach bar. Also very close access to the Rotana hotel complex which made it easy to walk across for food and drinks.

The flat was impeccably clean, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The location was wonderful, beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. I would not hesitate to stay here again as it has set the bar for us in Salalah. Sabrina was easy to communicate with and very helpful.
