Really loved our stay! The place was super nice and aesthetic, very clean, and had everything we needed. There are also many nearby establishments, which made it convenient to run errands or grab food. The host was responsive and accommodating, and we appreciated the longer stay hours and later checkout. So convenient!

Well all I can say is excellent if you want to stay in an absolutely clean luxury house with excellent excellent management then look no further this is the place. My partner is filipina and let me tell you ..you will definitely not find a better.. house cleaner than this anywhere or surrounding area or cavite foe that matter. the owner is absolutely excellent. I have already arranged to stay again. Please note party goes big noise and loud music sorry No This is not the price. Lovely quiet area.... you can play sounds inside the premises. But not outside. Gerard the on site manager is a dream. He made our stay so so special. Really appreciated all he did for me and my family . What a place pure luxury.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the living room really felt like a home, the recreational amenities (such as the TV + sound system, billiards, karaoke) were a nice touch for us to unwind if we chose not to go out for the night. It was easy to figure out how everything worked, and the rules in the guidebook were clear enough and not at all unreasonable. The washing machine was incredibly helpful and convenient for us to take care of laundry before we departed. The neighborhood that surrounded us had everything we needed without having to go too far if we needed extra food or supplies. We even had the means to cook, which came in handy for breakfast time.

Firstly, great value for a condo unit at a prime location. It's even a better value than most hotels in other prime locations in the Metro. The host provides timely and complete information, instructions, and reminders and responds quickly to my questions. Since it's a condo unit, there are more amenities vs hotels, like cooking stove, cupboards, microwave oven, big ref, china and silverware, cleaning tools, washing machine, hangers, flat iron, and ironing bed. There's also plenty of hygiene kit and tissue rolls. The unit is super clean, neat and orderly. The bed and sofa are comfortable. The room is also tastefully decorated.
