It was a pleasure to chat with her and I could tell that she has a lot of pride in her place, and it shows. The rooms were decorated very well and gardens were meticulously maintained. Also, since it was over 33 degrees during the day, the air conditioner was worked great and was very much appreciated. Other than that, the location of Povestea din Munti was perfect for what we had planned for our trip. I highly recommend staying here.

A good location for a hassle-free holiday in Porumbacu de Sus, Porumbacu381 - Casa de Oaspeti Faini is a country house surrounded by views of the inner courtyard. It was very nice decorated, clean and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay very much. Owners offered us coffee in the morning, fee of charge, even if it was not included in the price.

Got the internet issue sorted in no time, helped with euro exchange and always responsive. The apartment is clean, spacious and lots of tea and coffee is on the house. The owner even provided bottled water, coffee for the machine, and other thoughtful touches. We had an incredible time here, surrounded by the forest and enjoying the fresh air and beautiful view from the deck. We also had a barbecue—everything was prepared for us, we only needed to bring the meat. Such a wonderful owner and an outstanding location!”
