The cottage was a wonderful choise for our Christmas nights. It was exactly like in the pictures. This very sweet house was very quiet , clean and decorated with very good taste. The host was very nice and helpful . This magical house is very close to Transfagarasan so the view was wonderful.

The image of the seamlessly restored houses on the snow capped Fagaras mountains backdrop have stayed with us long after we left. This is slow tourism at its best, where everything from the waking up to the joyful chirping of birds in the trees outside the window, the sound of the nearby stream, the sumptuous breakfast with local produce, the benches on scattered around the garden so conducive to enjoying a good read are all meant to be savoured, taken in and enjoyed.
