Situated just 6.8 km from Falun Mine, Lakeside log cabin Främby Udde Falun features accommodation in Falun with access to a garden, barbecue facilities, as well as private check-in and check-out. Charming small cabin with a wonderful view of the lake. The cabin is located in a small settlement of approx 20 cabins, but as this cabin is located at the outskirts, you forget that there are other houses in the neighborhood. We got the code to open the door by message prior to arrival, super convenient. The cabin itself is well-designed, very nicely decorated (dalahäst theme) and practical. The room for the children with three bunk beds is really tiny, no storage space at all, but it worked. The master bedroom and the bathroom are surprisingly spacious. The kitchen is functional and even has a small but very efficient dishwasher (dishwasher tabs are not provided). The area is wonderful for all sorts of winter sports. We intended to do iceskating on the lake but unfortunately, the ice wasn't cleared for skating. We opted for cross-country skiing instead and were enchanted by the variety and the lovely countryside. A downhill skiing area is about 5 min away by car.

The place is really cosy and romantic, close to the lake and a pier, even in the snow ! And the owner was the nicest you could get !

Beautiful cabin, with a nice view of the forest and lots of privacy. Well working wifi, heating and comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen and easy parking right beside the cabin.

How do I begin to describe this place. It is just such a lovely place to stay in. This stuga has everything you need and more. It is very clean, has it's own bathroom and kitchen and has much more space than we expected. We would definitely recommend staying here if you want to visit this area of Sweden. There are lots of hidden pearls in this area that we discovered sometimes by accident and sometimes planned, but nevertheless we enjoyed our stay here a lot. The hosts are just the sweetest and even though the languagebarrier was there sometimes, we could still have a very enjoyable talk with them.

Soldattorpet Sands, a property with a garden, is located in Leksand, 42 km from Tomteland, 45 km from Falun Mine, as well as 50 km from Lugnet Sports Centre. Me and my daughter really enjoyed staying at this property. We came in search for snow, and we weren't disappointed. Lovely owners, Lassie and Chia, kindly gave us a lift in their car from and to the train station and even found a sledge for my daughter to enjoy the snowy experience! The cottage itself is beautiful, comfortable and very cozy. We had a great sleep in the bunk bed and were very warm there, while there was -12 outside. We also appreciated the owners support for our country, Ukraine. It was a wonderful experience and we are looking forward to returning here in the summer.

Located in Vörderås in the Dalarna region, Good House Transtrand Sälen features a balcony. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Very cozy spacious house for a large company. Especially if you have a large family or several families with children. The house is not new, but with good conditions. There are many rooms where children can play. The house was very well maintained and prepared with a lot of heart for our arrival. The location is between ski resorts. So 10 minutes drive and you can visit different . To stay I recommend!

Lindvallen Ski Resort - Studio - 4 Guests provides accommodation set in Sälen, 3.1 km from Snötorget and 3.2 km from Experium. Beautiful little cabin with all the required amenities. A nice space to relax in after a long day skiing. Good location - a short drive to the main town and slopes.
